The company refines, stores, and markets oil in the state. Tube’s assets include an oil refinery with an adjacent workers' village, a paint and varnish factory, pipelines with pumping stations, tankage facilities, an oil-product loading station for rail transportation, and an offshore loading terminal.

Hackers could halt oil pumping through the pipeline, or cause a fire at the refinery, leaving the state without fuel.
